How we print on beanie hats
A beanie is embroidered, not printed: your logo or a name is stitched into the turn-up, where it sits flat and lasts for years of washing. The first order includes digitising the design into stitches; after that it is on file and every repeat is just the hats. Popular for site crews, clubs and winter merchandise.
Every beanie hat is done to order here in Tunstall, one at a time or in bulk for a team, a stag or hen do, a school trip or a works night out. Send us your design when you order and we check it and send a proof before anything is pressed or stitched. Want a colour you don't see here? Ask us, we can usually source it.
